Kids

Sundays @ 10:00AM
Serving ages infants through 5th grade

Parents, thank you for allowing us the honor of equipping your kids to change their world!

Manna Kid’s Ministry exists to come along side all types of families to assist in equipping your child with Bible based experiences. We are committed to providing safe, fun, and clean environments where your child can learn the Bible and know God through age-appropriate instruction. We invest in your child in a a small group setting through prayer, worship, teaching and creative arts. Our teams of teachers work hard every week to prepare an environment where your child can experience God’s presence and His practical love through people.

We Value Your Kids & We Value

Safety

The safety of all children in Manna Kids is our number one priority. In addition to a secure check-in process, every serve team member has passed a background check, personal interview, and our training process. Manna Church has an active guardians team during, before, and after services. Also, in response to current public health issues, we have implemented several new cleaning and safety measures. It is our goal to provide a safe and secure environment for all participants in our services.

Relationships

Every teacher has a passion for helping your child come to know Jesus and that they were made on purpose for a purpose. We encourage getting to know the kids and their parents and praying for them throughout the week. We are for your family and want to partner with you in building the foundation of your kids' faith.

Fun

Teaching kids the love of Jesus is our primary focus, but you can also expect to see and hear plenty of worship, games, and giggles! Our desire is that every child leaves Manna Kids excited to return.

Before Coming To Class

After Leaving Class

We encourage you to partner with us:

Age Groups

Ages 0 - 3

Your baby/toddler will experience a time of structured activities designed to cover the basics of human development and fine motor skills. As your child grows, our team encourages healthy behaviors through intentional care and play times with them.

Ages 4 - 9

Movement makes memory! In this class the kids will interact with the lesson through activities that bring the Bible to life! We want the kids to know they were created on purpose for a purpose by a God who loves them and wants a relationship with them.

Ages 10 -14

Preteens and Teens are learning what it means to be their own person and have their own faith in Jesus. Our classes are designed to encourage and equip them in a safe, loving, and fun environment.

Curriculum

There is no such thing as childcare at Manna Church. We believe in teaching God’s Word to every child. We use Orange (First Look, 252 Kids) curriculum every weekend to teach your children about who God is and how much He loves them. Every week your children will learn Biblical truths, memory verses, and practical ways to apply them to their lives.

What To Expect

When you arrive, look for our Kids Check-in areas. You’ll be greeted by one of our friendly Manna Kids Check-in leaders who is excited to meet your family and show you around our kids’ environment. We’ll be with you every step of the way, all the way to your child’s room.

Upon checking in, you and your child will receive matching ID tags specific to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion and you will need to keep the matching tag.

After service, you will show the Manna Kids leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from his/her room. If you lose your ID tag, you will be required to show your driver’s license in its place.

If we may need to contact you during the service, we will text you at the number provided at check- in. Please remember to keep your phone accessible (in quiet mode) during the service in the event that your child needs your help or attention.

Yes! You will want to come 10 minutes early for registration and get a chance to explore Manna Kids. Safety for your children is a big deal to us, and by registering your kids before each class, they will get a sticker with their name and a code that matches the parent’s copy. It’s the easiest way for teacher’s to know which kids belong to which parents.

For the protection of all children and volunteers, children may not be admitted in the kids’ areas with one or more of the following symptoms:

  • a runny nose
  • symptoms of the common cold
  • rashes
  • a persistent cough
  • diarrhea
  • fever
  • the child must be fever-free for at least 24-hours
  • or any other signs of illness.

For children in the preschool room, bring any items that will be needed for the next 75 minutes.

All Manna Kids volunteers must complete Growth Track, and complete a volunteer application that includes a background check.

Only volunteers, children, and parents with corresponding security stickers are allowed in these areas. Please have your parent sticker visible when walking your child to class after worship.
